Your Business Data

Your business profile, leads, quotes, invoices, jobs, recurring client records, saved templates, and reusable line items are stored securely on our servers, accessible only through your license key. This allows your business data to be available across any device where you enter your key — your whole crew can use the same key on multiple devices. FlipBlip does not access, read, or use this data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you within the tools.

Functional Cookie

FlipBlip sets one functional cookie named flipblip_profile on .flipblip.app. This cookie contains only the business profile information you have entered (business name, phone, email) and pre-fills your profile across FlipBlip tools on the same device. It is never used for tracking or advertising, and it is required for the app to function correctly.

Booking and Scheduling Data

Appointment booking slot data is temporarily stored on our servers to prevent double-booking. It is not used for any other purpose.

Photos and Uploads

If you upload a business logo, or photos to your quotes, jobs, or invoices, these images are stored securely on our servers as part of your account data and are only used to display within your own quotes, invoices, and tools.

Email Delivery

When a lead notification, booking confirmation, invoice, or reminder email is sent, the relevant client contact information passes through our email provider for delivery only. It is not stored beyond what is required for delivery.

Payments

All payment and billing data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. FlipBlip never sees or stores payment information.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your business data at any time by contacting contact.flipblip.app. Deleted records are retained for 30 days before permanent removal, in case of accidental deletion.

Governing Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Refund Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

Free Trial

All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required at signup, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

No Refunds After the First Charge

Because every subscription includes a 14-day free trial to fully evaluate the product before any charge occurs, no refunds are issued after the first charge has been processed.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops all future billing.

Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Terms of Service

One Subscription, All Tools

A single FlipBlip gearset subscription unlocks every tool in that gearset through one license key. TradeGear includes TradeCapture and TradeDesk; CleanGear includes CleanCapture and CleanDesk.

License Key

Your license key is issued by Lemon Squeezy upon purchase. The key must be entered on each tool individually to unlock it.

Revocation

FlipBlip reserves the right to revoke license keys in cases of abuse or fraud.

Browser-Based, No Account

FlipBlip tools are browser-based and require no separate account — access is unlocked with your license key. Your business data is stored securely on our servers and tied to that key, so it is available on any device where you enter it.

Data Loss

FlipBlip is not responsible for data loss resulting from loss of your license key, device or service failure, or any other cause. Please keep your own backups of important documents.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our tools after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
