No Server-Side Data Collection
FlipBlip does not collect or store any personal data on its servers. There are no user accounts and no central database of your business information.
Your Data Stays in Your Browser
All data you enter into FlipBlip tools — company details, clients, estimates, invoices, jobs, and availability — is stored only in your own browser via localStorage. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Lead Notification Emails
When a homeowner submits a lead or booking request, their contact information passes through Resend, our email delivery provider, solely to send you the notification email. This information is not stored by FlipBlip.
Appointment Booking Data
To prevent double-booking, confirmed appointment slots are temporarily stored in Cloudflare KV. This data is used only for double-booking prevention and for no other purpose, and it expires automatically.
Payment and Billing
All payment and billing data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. FlipBlip never sees or stores your card or billing details.
Governing Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

Refund Policy

Free Trial
All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required at signup, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
No Refunds After the First Charge
Because every subscription includes a 14-day free trial to fully evaluate the product before any charge occurs, no refunds are issued after the first charge has been processed.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops all future billing.
Access After Cancellation
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Terms of Service

One Subscription, All Tools
A single FlipBlip TradeGear subscription unlocks all four tools — TradeFlow, TradeCapture, TradeSchedule, and TradeTrack — through one license key.
License Key
Your license key is issued by Lemon Squeezy upon purchase. The key must be entered on each tool individually to unlock it.
Revocation
FlipBlip reserves the right to revoke license keys in cases of abuse or fraud.
Browser-Based, No Account
FlipBlip tools are browser-based and require no account. All of your data stays on your own device.
Data Loss
Because your data is stored in your browser, FlipBlip is not responsible for data loss resulting from clearing browser storage, device failure, or any other cause. Please keep your own backups of important documents.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our tools after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
